For the past 40 years, we have been providing visitors to Christchurch with a comfortable and affordable home away from home. All of our units are very spacious apartment-style units with one or two bedrooms.Situated near the heart of the city, Aotea Motel is 5 minutes away from the city centre, As a Christchurch motel with a complete range of facilities and services, guests are invited to make ample use of our outdoor spa pool and BBQ facilities.

ACCOMMODATION:
Aotea Motel consists of 1 and 2 bedroom apartment style units, upstairs and downstairs.Nestled in quiet surroundings, Aotea Motel in Christchurch offers a complete package of comfortable and affordable Christchurch accommodation offering one & two-bedroom units with single, twin, queen and king beds available.All units have cooking facilities of 2 stove top elements, electric fry pan and microwave as well as utensils for your cooking. All wardrobes have spare blankets and pillow for your comfort along with electric blankets on beds.Our motel accommodation is conveniently close to The Speights Ale House for dining, supermarkets, bus stops etc. We can arrange a free shuttle to the casino, a shuttle to railway station (small cost) and shuttles/taxis to the airport (your cost).

Our accommodation for families offer cooking facilities in units creating a cost effective stay.We have a 10 minute walk to a supermarket with a park for your children to burn off some steam on the way there. A short drive away there are other supermarket options. The Palms shopping mall is minutes drive away for all shopping, movies, dining & other activities.We are a short distance away from Hagley Park, beautiful botanical gardens, and the museum. The bus stop is a few minutes walk to get you to the city & all other areas to visit.
