Charis Academy provides the environment to teach the whole child to achieve excellence in academics, grow in emotional well being and strength and excel in their quest for Christian moral values.

We offer afterschool tutoring for kids in elementary and middle school from 3:30-5:30pm Teach Preschool (3yrs) – 7th grade Alternative to homeschooling.

THE FOUNDERS

Shija Puri

She holds a Masters in Christian Education from Dallas Theological Seminary.
Her experience in high school science education, brings the focus of science education to Charis Academy. Puri holds a Bachelors in Biology and Chemistry.

Molly Thomas

She holds Masters in English Literature and Masters in Linguistics with Bachelors in English & Education. Other Courses pursued include Biology, Composition, College Algebra, US History, Second Language Acquisition, Foundations of Reading and Early Education. She is also certified in General as well as ESL education (grades Early Chidhood-8th).
