Our client, a tertiary hospital, based in Abu Dhabi, is currently looking for an HR Manager

 

Job Description for Software Developer – Node JS Vacancy in Dubai

Other responsibilities will include:

  • Looking after the HR operations of the company
  • Contribute to the strategic and operational goals of the organization through a fully integrated and effective human resource service, policies, programs, statutory compliance, and HR Operations for the company in Abu Dhabi.
  • Developing, recommending and implementing human resources strategy and policy in support of Business Objectives
  • Partnership on a wide variety of human resource issues, as well as hands-on management of the function
  • Contributing to the management of change and the provision of business focus solutions in a fast-moving environment
  • Leading, directing, motivating and developing the Human Resources Team to ensure that the right level of service and support is provided to the Business
  • Budgets relating to the Human Resource function- Preparation, monitoring and control
  • Identifying and implementing various HR initiatives for improving efficiency and achieving organizational and HR Objectives
  • Building a performance culture that confirms to the organizational values
  • Dimensions – Managing all employee related issues from Manpower planning, life cycle processes and exit for a manpower Strength about 600 employees.
  • The Human Resources Manager leads Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high-performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and continuous development of a superior workforce.
  • The Human Resources Manager coordinates implementation of services, policies, and programs through Human Resources staff; serves on the executive management team; and assists and advises department heads about Human Resources issues.

Job Requirements

To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following requirements:

  • a degree holder in related course with minimum 8 years of HR general function, of which 4 years in a leading role within a Healthcare Industry.
  • Sound knowledge with PMS (Personal Management System), and LandD
  • Sound knowledge with visa/labor card/insurance/UAE Health license
  • Knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, employee relations, safety, and training and development.
  • Knowledge and skills to provide direction for all HR functions With good spoken and written English
  • Willing to be located in Abu Dhabi
  • knowledgeable of DOH licensing and dataflow
