Glen Recruiters was founded in 2015 by recruitment industry veterans John Glen and Marie Recruiters. John and Marie met while working at a large national recruitment agency and decided to leverage their combined 30+ years of experience to start their own boutique agency.
They launched Glen Recruiters with a focus on providing an exceptional recruitment experience for both clients and candidates. Starting out with just the two founders, Glen Recruiters quickly grew to a team of 10 recruitment experts in their first year.
In 2017, Glen Recruiters expanded with a new office in Vancouver to serve the growing recruitment needs of British Columbia's booming technology sector. They built a reputation for helping tech startups and scaleups find top talent.
By 2020, Glen Recruiters had added offices in Surrey, Richmond, Coquitlam and Maple Ridge. Their team grew to over 50 talented recruitment professionals. During the pandemic, Glen Recruiters leveraged technology to transition to virtual recruitment and sourcing.
Today, Glen Recruiters celebrates its 7th anniversary as one of the top recruitment agencies in Canada. With its regional presence in British Columbia and expertise across multiple industries, it has established itself as a go-to talent solutions provider for leading companies.
