Indian Cuisine DCDP: Job Responsibilities
Execute the preparation and presentation of Indian dishes, maintaining our restaurant’s culinary standards.
Collaborate closely with senior chefs to assist in daily food preparation tasks.
Uphold impeccable cleanliness and adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Foster a positive kitchen environment through teamwork and dedication.
Required Job Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Demi Chef de Partie (DCDP) in Indian cuisine or a similar role.
A passion for Indian cuisine and a commitment to culinary excellence.
Strong culinary skills, attention to detail, and efficiency.
Effective communication and the ability to work harmoniously in a team.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
