To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following requirements:

Job Requirements: Sales Director

Building and scaling an internal sales team
Leading and mentoring a team of Sales Managers and Sales Executives setting clear performance expectations and conducting regular performance reviews
Building and maintaining strong relationships with UHNWIs, ideally having an existing client database as well

Required skills & Qualifications for Sales Director Position:

To be considered for the role, the following criteria should be met:

Working for a Tier 1 developer or heading the sales function within a luxury RE broker
Managed a sales team and actively worked on their development and growth
Strong Middle East experience
Ideally bilingual in English and/or Arabic, Russian, French, Mandarin/Cantonese
