Your role:
• Responsible for greeting guests and answering all incoming calls, which are routed appropriately. Will distribute all company mail and process all company related invoices and assist management as needed on various projects.
• Responsible for all incoming and outgoing packages
• Meet and greet all customers and notify the appropriate staff member of the guest’s arrival and the nature of their visit.
• Answer basic customer inquiries and refer more extensive inquires to the appropriate person.
• Track, schedule, navigate and utilize information from various computer software
• Ensure that supplies are ordered, received and stocked when applicable.
• Assist management with various management projects.
• Provide applicant with employment application, and/or any applicable pre-employment testing to begin the initial hire consideration process.
• Ability to collect, analyze and interpret data from various sources in order to solve issues which require an intermediate level of knowledge in the human resources area.
• Make decisions where procedures are available exercising application of basic judgment and independent action.
• Create spreadsheets, graphs/charts and or PowerPoint presentations.
• Create spreadsheets that track routing or projected information.
• Responsible for posting and/or distributing all authorized material on the company bulletin boards and ensures that all dated posting material is not expired.
• Ensure department adheres to all regulatory, departmental and company policies and procedures.
Your background:
• Excellent customer service skills
• High School graduate or equivalent
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong administrative, organizational and decision making abilities
• Ability to work with other at all level
