Very often, there are times when we misconstrue the term “living a healthy lifestyle”; we know what’s good for our bodies, but we don’t always act accordingly. FitnFab Nutrition & Fitness Coaching aims to mend the gap between knowing and doing, by catering to each individual’s unique circumstances.

How We Work?

There is no “one” diet plan that suits all. However similar we humans might be, we are still so different. Thus, all our meal plans are personalized and custom-made as per your dietary preferences, lifestyle, fitness goals, medical history and of course, your taste buds.

At FitnFab, we follow a very simple balanced meal plan approach wherein you will be consuming all food groups (carbohydrates, proteins, fats) and micronutrients (vitamins, minerals) in the required quantities. We do not believe in diets that completely eliminate any major food group.

We do not believe in coaching for weight loss through FAD diets or anything that is unsustainable and can’t be followed lifelong.

Apart from weight management, you will be seeing a lot of non-scale wins like improved gut (digestive) health, better skin & hair, inch loss, etc. which will be achieved in a very healthy and holistic manner.
We coach you for a lifestyle change and Dr. Reema will be personally guiding you at every step.

About The Founder

Dr. Reema Parikh
Founder of FitnFab Nutrition & Fitness Coaching, Practicing Dentist and Certified Clinical Nutritionist, Specializing in Weight Management (ACSM).

She completed her Bachelors in Dentistry from Terna Dental College, Mumbai (Maharashtra University of Health Sciences) and makes full use of her medical knowledge in not just treating toothaches, but also helping people get fit.

She also provides online nutrition coaching via her venture, “FitnFab- Nutrition & Fitness Coaching” which aims at encouraging people to lead healthy lives by making smart food choices, and achieve healthy weight loss through simple lifestyle and dietary changes.
Apart from weight loss transformations, she has helped a lot of clients manage conditions like PCOS, Diabetes Mellitus, Fatty Liver, Thyroid dysfunction and Gut issues (to name a few) and achieve their fitness goal in a very healthy and sustainable manner.

The entire team of FitnFab has a very holistic approach towards achieving weight loss and they strongly believe that “Food is Medicine”.
