We are seeking an In-Home Sales Pros to become part of our team! thousands of customers are calling every day after they have seen our nationwide commercials on major television channels asking us to send sales representatives to their home when they are ready to buy one of our above-ground pools. But before we do that, we pre-approveall our customer’s credit before we agree to send you to their homes.
You will never run a more qualified appointment. Our customers are already pre-approved for a loan and are ready to buy today! Also, we are going to pay you $25 in gas money for each one of your first ten appointments to help you out in the beginning. How cool is that? Our lead generation department works hard to provide you with at least 2-3 credit pre-approved appointments every day and if you are just an average closer (which is ok), you will close at least 40-50% of every appointment you run!!! That is 4-6 sales per week times an average commission of $600-$800.00 PER SALE plus bonuses, that is at least $2,500-3,500.00 PER WEEK!!!

Qualifications:

• Have Strong negotiations skills(preferred but not required)
• Previous experience with customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Positive and professional demeanor
Compensation:
• Commission
• Gas allowance $25 per appointment (First 10 appointments)
• Annual bonuses for top producers
• $600-$800 per Sale Avg (Top Producers make more)
