Who are we looking for?
As we embark on an exciting journey towards a more structured phase of expansion, we are on the lookout for an exceptional Operations Manager. This isn’t just another role: it’s an opportunity to be a driving force behind a monumental goal—to grow our business X3 within the next year.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Mathematics, Management, or a related field;
– 2+ years of experience in project management, business assistance, or operations management, with a deep understanding of business operations;
– English at C1+ level;
– Experience with Erasmus, Cactus, IESEC, or similar international programs;
– You use Google Calendar and different habit-tracking tools for personal management;
– Strong familiarity with Google Sheets and proficiency in using tools like Asana and Slack;
– Demonstrated experience in personal projects, small initiatives, or volunteering (for example, starting a community project or club to address a specific issue);
– Self-starter mindset with the ability to make decisions and manage workload autonomously;
– A proactive learner with a track record of acquiring at least 3 skills independently (for example, during the last year you started learning a new language, learned Python, and started attending acting school);
– Experience in a startup or scale-up environment, adaptable to dynamic and changing situations;
– Exceptional attention to detail, with an ability to identify and rectify errors often overlooked by others;
– You have a gut feeling about organizing things. You can not start a meeting without an agenda, you will not tolerate outdated information in rules, and you will notice the gap in a process and fix it immediately;
– Excellent communication skills, with the ability to confidently engage with a diverse range of stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with the CEO and fractional COO to develop and implement operational processes from scratch;
– Communicate process changes effectively to all team members and oversee their implementation;
– Ensure the seamless integration of processes into the daily workflow of all team members;
– Continuously update and adapt processes to align with evolving business needs;
– Evaluate existing processes and propose automation solutions;
– Develop and maintain company procedures and internal policies;
– Implement an internal system for evaluating team members, including OKRs and KPIs.
