• We do accept cash, or you can book online or over a phone or whatsapp and can pay on tour day to our guide
• Our cruise is fully insured to include passengers in the unlikely event of an accident
• Tour can be arranged for people from Ajman, Al Ain or Abu Dhabi with extra charges.
Terms And Conditions
• Booking should be made at least 24 hours in advance or subject to availability.
• Pick-up and drop off will be provided upon confirmation of the booking, typically depending on the date of the tour or activity timing may vary.
• All discount offers will apply on publish price, there will no discount on discounted prices
• If guest failed to show up for any tour or activity, we will not provide alternative transportation method and no refund will be issued for any no show.
• We reserve the right to charge 100% for any guest who does not show up upon pick up timing.
• We reserve the right to reschedule any itinerary or cancel any activity at any time, due to customer safety and providing quality service.
• 5% VAT will be levied on all bookings as per new UAE law.
