Important Information
• Refreshments in the form of water/cold drinks/juices will be provided. As it is a full day tour.
• Child ticket from age 3 to 8. Entry for below 3 years kids are free.
• Private car safari tour with professional local English speaking guides available at best price for minimum 4 peoples.
• For women black abaya will be provide from company for mosque visit
• Sheikh Zayed mosque visit is 40-60 minutes, but for other places maximum 20 minutes.
• Ferrari world visit is 30 minutes, you can do your own visit to see the cars at Ferrari store
• We do accept cash, or you can book online or over a phone or whatsapp and can pay on tour day to our guide
• If you are 5 to 7 persons in a group, and want to decide own timing for the tour, we can do pick up at your desired time
• There will be a lunch break at marina mall and heritage village during the tour. Lunch will be at your own expense. There is a food court and over 20 restaurants to suit any budget
• All our vehicles are fully insured to include passengers in the unlikely event of an accident
Terms And Conditions
• Booking should be made at least 48 hours in advance or subject to availability.
• Pick-up and drop off will be provided upon confirmation of the booking, typically depending on the date of the tour or activity timing may vary.
• All discount offers will apply on publish price, there will no discount on discounted prices
• On weekends or occasions some places covered in tour might remain closed to visitors. The company will not hold any responsibility and no compensations will be made in case of such situations.
• Seating Arrangement are first come basis, you may advise us in advance for any particular seats in any vehicle.
• If guest failed to show up for any tour or activity, we will not provide alternative transportation method and no refund will be issued for any no show.
• We reserve the right to charge 100% for any guest who does not show up upon pick up timing.
• In case of bad weather or vehicle issue. We will arrange different method of provide service
• We reserve the right to reschedule any itinerary or cancel any activity at any time, due to customer safety and providing quality service.
• 5% VAT will be levied on all bookings as per new UAE law.
