Minimum Requirements

• We are a B2C Furniture brand based in UK and Dubai. We are looking for an experienced and creative Digital Marketing and Social Media Specialist to join our team. As a Digital Marketing and Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our Digital Marketing strategy in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts.
  

  Roles and Responsibilities

  Build and manage a small in-house digital marketing team and required agency partners.
  Develop and execute a comprehensive digital cross-channel marketing plan leveraging paid social media PPC email marketing CRM and SEO
  Prepare strategies to drive and increase sales to achieve the targets.
  Demonstrable hands-on experience running PPC campaigns app search ads experience is a must across multiple regions
  Knowledge of online communications strategy data strategy multi-channel marketing web analytics and data analysis branding public and media relations and product proposition development as well as evaluation of marketing programes.
  Outstanding ability to think creatively be organised identify and resolve problems and effectively articulate thoughts and key points
  Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics as well as internal reporting tools Use data to validate ideas measure impact.
  Experience working with popular PPC ad platforms Google AdWords Bing AdCenter
  Check and ensure that the website content is always correct and up to date (imagery, text, product, category, policies, conditions, blogs, and all other web pages)
  Manage category page sequencing of products as per the business standards
  Analyze website audit data to create and undertake strategies to increase web sales and to report on such data and strategies
  Prepare weekly sales and registrations reports
  Check and ensure all the user interface functions are up and running
  Manage all digital marketing, including PPC and SEO to drive traffic and sales
  Manage the social media & SEO to ensure increased brand awareness and to drive sales
  Check and fix all technical issues (404, wrong 301 redirection etc) on the website to ensure the site is up and running

Requirements

Team management experience (1 to 2 years minimum)
Furniture E-commerce sales experience (1 to 2 years minimum)
Excellent verbal and written English
Must have minimum 1 to 2 years in website management experience
Ready to start immediately
Strong communication skills (Both written and spoken)
Self-starter & highly motivated
Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED4,000.00 – AED5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:

Bachelor’s (Preferred)
Experience:

relevant: 2 years (Preferred)
