Job Title: Data Entry Operator
- Input, verify, and update data accurately and efficiently into databases, spreadsheets, and other software systems.
Review data for errors, inconsistencies, and missing information, and make necessary corrections or updates as needed.
Maintain data entry standards and follow established procedures and guidelines.
Organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and ensure timely completion of assignments.
Collaborate with team members to coordinate data entry tasks and address any discrepancies or issues. - Data Security: Adhere to data security and confidentiality protocols to protect sensitive information.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure the accuracy and availability of data for various projects and reports.
- Report Generation: Assist in generating and preparing data reports for management and clients.

To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following requirements:
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in data entry or administrative roles.
Proficiency in typing and data entry with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry software.
