Job Title: Customer Care Executive
– Interact with clients in a professional and courteous manner to understand and address their inquiries, concerns, and requests.
– Provide timely and accurate responses to client inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
– Maintain a thorough knowledge of Al Haktur IT Solutions’ products and services to effectively assist clients.
– Collaborate with other teams within the company to resolve client issues and escalate complex problems when necessary.
– Ensure client satisfaction by actively seeking feedback, tracking client interactions, and following up on service requests.
– Manage and maintain client records, including contact details, inquiries, and resolutions in our CRM system.
– Promote and educate clients on additional products or services that may benefit them.

To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following requirements:

Proven experience in a customer service or client-facing role.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

– Ability to remain patient and composed while dealing with challenging situations.
– Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.
– Knowledge of IT products and services is an advantage.
