To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following requirements:

Job Requirements:

Building and scaling an internal sales team
Leading and mentoring a team of Sales Managers and Sales Executives setting clear performance expectations and conducting regular performance reviews
Building and maintaining strong relationships with UHNWIs, ideally having an existing client database as well
Analysing market, sales data and develop new markets to sell the portfolio of properties

Required skills & Qualifications :

To be considered for the role, the following criteria should be met:

• Working for a Tier 1 developer or heading the sales function within a luxury RE broker
• Managed a sales team and actively worked on their development and growth
• Strong Middle East experience
• Ideally bilingual in English and/or Arabic, Russian, French, Mandarin/Cantonese
