• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing them with information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
  Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  Escort guests to their rooms and provide assistance with luggage as needed.
  Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously, striving to exceed their expectations.
  Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure guest rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.
  Handle guest complaints and concerns professionally, resolving issues and escalating as necessary.
  Maintain a neat and organized front desk area, including keeping supplies stocked and equipment in working order.

Required skills & Qualifications for Hotel Staff Position:

To be considered for the role, the following criteria should be met:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
  Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
  Excellent communication and customer service skills.
