- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Provide product information, recommendations, and assistance to customers to help them find the right products.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
Maintain a clean and organized retail environment, including restocking shelves, arranging displays, and tidying up the sales floor.
Monitor inventory levels and communicate any replenishment needs to the management team.
Actively engage with customers to promote special promotions, sales events, and loyalty programs.
