  Build rapport with prospects and engage them in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and preferences.
  Use persuasive selling techniques to overcome objections and close sales over the phone.
  Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by management.
  Accurately record customer information, sales orders, and interactions in the company’s CRM system.

To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following requirements:

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience in telesales, inside sales, or a related role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a confident and persuasive phone manner.
Ability to effectively manage and prioritize leads to maximize sales opportunities.
Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
