• Supervise and coordinate the activities of receptionists, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Greet guests and visitors in a professional and friendly manner, providing assistance and information as needed.
• Answer phones, screen and direct calls, and take messages as appropriate.
• Manage guest check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally, escalating issues as needed.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area, including ensuring supplies are stocked and equipment is functioning properly.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth flow of information and guest services.

Required skills & Qualifications for Reception Supervisor Position:

To be considered for the role, the following criteria should be met:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a hospitality or customer service setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
