To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following requirements:

Job Requirements: Shipping Coordinator

• Receive and review shipping orders and documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and warehouse personnel to schedule shipments and ensure timely pickup and delivery.
  Prepare shipping labels, packing slips, and other necessary documentation for outbound shipments.
  Arrange transportation and negotiate rates with freight carriers to optimize shipping costs.
  Track and monitor shipments in transit, providing updates to customers and internal stakeholders as needed.
  Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the shipping process, working closely with all parties involved to find solutions.
  Maintain accurate records of shipping activities, including tracking numbers, delivery confirmations, and billing information.

Required skills & Qualifications for Shipping Coordinator Position:

To be considered for the role, the following criteria should be met:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  Previous experience in shipping, logistics, or supply chain management.
  Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
