As a Social Media Coordinator, you are responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that enhance our online presence, engage our target audience, and drive brand awareness. creating compelling and engaging content, filming daily procedures and activities in the hospital/clinic.
Job Requirements, Required Skills & Educational Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following requirements:
Develop, curate, and manage engaging content across various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Threads and TikTok.
Create and execute social media plan to align with overall business and marketing objectives, focusing on increasing brand visibility and audience engagement.
Plan and schedule posts to ensure a consistent and timely presence on social media platforms.
Foster and maintain active and positive engagement with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and user-generated content.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends and industry developments and incorporate them into our strategies as appropriate.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Marketing, Communications, or a related field)
Minimum 3 year of experience in social media/marketing or similar role
Proficiency in using social media management tools
Creativity and a strong eye for visual design
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing trends and platforms
Knowledge of industry-related legal and regulatory guidelines
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Must possess skills to maintain proper therapeutic relationship
