Job Description for Customer Service Officer Vacancies in Cheltenham, Victoria (ASSA ABLOY )
We currently have an opportunity for an experienced estimator to join our business within Victoria based in Cheltenham. This role is responsible for quoting and following up projects within the Victorian market as well administration duties within the Microsoft AX system.
- Answering telephones, transferring calls to appropriate staff members and take and relay messages
- Register projects for quoting
- Send out RFI
- Filing of folders/paperwork daily
- General site administration as required
- Duties as assigned by Manager or Supervisor
Customer Service Officer: Job Qualifications
- With a proven track record in driving business and sales success within the building or door manufacturing industry.
- Excellent telephone manner
- Ability to communicate satisfactorily with management, clients, specifiers and subcontractors
Sound level of skill in the use of windows suite of tools
