Job Description for Sales Representative Vacancies in Oakleigh, Victoria (ASSA ABLOY )

 

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Representative – Specification to join our team based in Oakleigh, Melbourne. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager – Specification, this role will focus on the achievement of the sales budget for our specification business, requiring both the identification of new business opportunities and the growth of market share and sales margins, within the Victorian region.

 

Account management in the commercial segments with major builders and regular representation of our products to a variety of stakeholders, will also be a key focus in this role.

• Achieving budgeted sales and gross margins through the provision of exceptional business development and planning
• Developing and managing the specification/commercial opportunities within this region
• Establishing and maintaining strategic business partnerships
• Monitoring competitor/customer activity, and reporting market intelligence

Sales Representative: Job Qualifications

• Ideally with a background within the architectural specification market is preferred, more critical will be your comprehensible sales success, professional business acumen and ability to identify and achieve new business opportunities
