Job Description for B2B Marketing Manager, Business Development Vacancies in London (Visa )
The B2B Marketing Manager for Small Issuers will play a pivotal role in supporting the Senior Marketing Manager while working hand-in-hand with our dedicated small issuers sales team across a range of marketing activities. Your focus will be on our portfolio of Tier 3 financial institutions across Europe, understanding their unique needs and translating these into compelling campaigns and highly effective marketing initiatives. A key aspect of the role is to:
Drive demand for our solutions by identifying and understand the evolving needs of Visa’s Tier 3 clients
Drive client engagement and position Visa as the go-to business partner for this sector
Help increase Visa’s product and service portfolio by generating leads and identifying new opportunities through integrated campaigns and marketing activities
Work in close collaboration with Visa’s Sales, Marketing, Product and Functional Areas to ensure objective alignment with country, regional and global strategies.

What we expect of you, day to day.
Conduct market segmentation and persona targeting to aid in the design, planning, and optimization of integrated campaigns for tailored buyer journeys to generate pipeline.
Develop targeted campaign themes and collateral, including digital content and social media activities, that foster client engagement and lead generation.
Assist in the creation of key engagement assets such as white papers, thought leadership pieces, newsletters, case studies, and customer testimonials.
Coordinate the scheduling of assets/events with internal teams and external agencies.
Monitor multi-channel campaign results, measure the engagement of impressions, clicks, web traffic, video views, collateral downloads, and report on campaign performances in CRM including lead scoring, MQLs, SQLs, SALs, and revenue.
Identify key industry events, then develop and deliver event content and engagement strategies to increase awareness of Visa’s offerings and engage targeted customers.
B2B Marketing Manager, Business Development: Job Qualifications
- Ideally BS/MS degree in marketing or business administration
- Marketing experience in B2B, but B2C may be considered
- A highly motivated individual, with a creative flair for generating new and innovative ideas
- Proven ability to produce quality work with efficiency, demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Adaptable to a dynamic working environment and ability to work with minimum supervision and multiple stakeholders with solid planning and organizational skills
- Motivated self-starter with strong team player skills, attention to detail
